is 370 hours, including 106 Guided Learning Hours (GLH)?
No. The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is a 120-credit qualification. Under Ofqual regulations, one credit equals ten hours of total learning time. Therefore, the Total Qualification Time (TQT) is exactly 1,200 hours. The Guided Learning Hours (GLH) are typically 120, representing tutor support and structured input. The remaining 1,080 hours are dedicated to independent study, research, and assignment preparation. The figures of 370 total hours and 106 GLH do not align with the statutory requirements for this RQF Level 7 award. Always verify the 1,200-hour TQT and 120-credit structure when reviewing provider materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
