What careers can I pursue after completing the Level 8?

There is no Level 8 qualification in the UK Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). The RQF currently ends at Level 7, which is equivalent to a Master’s degree. The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Online – MBA Top-Up Route (120 Credits) is a Level 7 qualification. It prepares you for senior management roles or an MBA top-up. You cannot pursue a Level 8 career because the level does not exist. If you mean Level 7, graduates often become Senior Managers, Directors, or Consultants. They may also complete an MBA top-up at a partner university. This leads to roles like Strategy Director or Operations Director. The qualification focuses on strategic direction and organisational capability. It is regulated by Ofqual and accredited by OTHM. There is no further academic level above 7 in this framework.
