is CITB and CSCS approved Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Health & Safety Leadership and Management helps you achieve your Black Manager CSCS Card by turning?
No. The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is not approved by CITB or CSCS, nor does it lead to a Black Manager CSCS Card. This qualification focuses on strategic direction, organisational capability and governance, not construction site safety. The CSCS Black Card requires specific health and safety training, typically the NEBOSH National General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely, alongside site-specific induction. While both involve management, the OTHM Level 7 Diploma targets board-level strategy and MBA progression, whereas CSCS cards validate construction site competence. Do not confuse strategic leadership with construction health and safety certification.
