is a postgraduate level qualification that is equivalent to a Master's degree?

No, the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Online – MBA Top-Up Route (120 Credits) is not equivalent to a Master’s degree. It sits at RQF Level 7, the same academic level as a Master’s, but it does not confer a Master’s award. It is a regulated postgraduate qualification designed to build strategic capability and organisational leadership skills. Crucially, it serves as a stepping stone: upon successful completion, you can progress to an MBA top-up module at a partner university to achieve a full Master of Business Administration. This route separates the core strategic learning from the final Master’s research component, offering flexibility for working managers.
