do not have bachelor degree / Level 6 qualification)?

No, you cannot enrol without a recognised bachelor’s degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification. The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Online – MBA Top-Up Route (120 Credits) sits at RQF Level 7, requiring prior master’s-level academic grounding. OTHM mandates this entry threshold to ensure learners can engage with complex strategic direction and governance frameworks. While significant professional experience is valued, it does not replace formal academic prerequisites for this specific regulated qualification. Without a Level 6 credential, your application will be rejected. Consider the Level 6 Diploma in Management first to build the necessary organisational capability foundation before progressing to this strategic management programme.
