can use the letters CMgr after your name?
No, you cannot use the letters CMgr after your name upon completing the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Online – MBA Top-Up Route (120 Credits). The designation CMgr is a protected professional title awarded exclusively by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) to members who meet specific experience and competency criteria. While this OTHM-qualified diploma is regulated by Ofqual and sits at RQF Level 7, it is not a CMI-awarded qualification. Therefore, it does not confer CMI membership or the right to use their post-nominal letters. Graduates may use the academic title associated with their subsequent MBA top-up degree if they progress to a university partner, but professional designations like CMgr remain strictly within the CMI’s remit.
