are all roughly 4500 words in length and require Harvard referencing?

No. The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Online – MBA Top-Up Route (120 Credits) consists of six units, each worth 20 credits, not a single 4500-word submission. While individual assignments typically range from 3,000 to 4,000 words depending on the specific unit brief, the total word count across the entire qualification is significantly higher. Harvard referencing is mandatory for all written assignments to ensure academic rigour and avoid plagiarism, aligning with master’s-level expectations. Learners must demonstrate critical analysis, strategic insight, and proper citation of peer-reviewed sources. Each unit requires distinct evidence, such as stakeholder mapping or risk appetite assessments, rather than generic essays. Always verify specific word counts in your unit guide.
